Fun with Friends

With just a day and a half to go, I'd lie to give a huge, heartfelt thank you to my friends who are making my book event such a great night! 

A handsome knight in shining armour, two pretty medieval ladies and a medieval musician to set the mood! 

Of course I'll be there talking about my book, but I'll have some clothing displays, a reproduction 14th century table setting and a photo booth where our knight will be waiting!

I'm so fortunate that my local book shop runs these author events and I'm really excited about the venue, Lady Marmalade Cafe and Bar in gorgeous Stones Corner, which is a stylish Cafe & Bar. It is staying open late for us. Today I'm putting the Lucky Door Prize together and checking the displays again.

This event is hosted by Books@Stones in Brisbane and tickets are $10 which includes your complimentary beverage on arrival. If you can't get there, the book is available online through Mango Publishing, Booktopia, Book Depository and Amazon as well as your favourite book retailer.
