It's the new year and what an interesting start we are off to! It's important at this time to be kind to yourself and set goals which will give you that toasty glow of achievement when you cross them off the list.

Today there are a lot of behind the scenes things going on, but I feel that my To-Do List will have more items crossed off it if I add "make nachos" to the list.

Remember, setting goals is important.
